Tickets purchased via our website are non-refundable, and in common with most theatre performances, we reserve the right to refuse entry to latecomers (we will try and accommodate any latecomers if possible, of course, showing you in during a suitable break in the performance if we can). In the unlikely event that the show is cancelled, we will of course refund you. Any queries about this, our contact details are at the bottom of the page. Also, if you think you have made an error in your booking, please let us know and we will do our best to help. If you have not received your tickets email within a few minutes (and it hasn't gone into your spam folder), please let us know, and we will be able to confirm things with you.
Please note, we may stop online sales 30 minutes before the performance - tickets will still be available in person at the theatre (subject to availability).
If we are sold out online, there may be tickets available on the door on the night, from 7pm onwards. Subject to availability, we will try to accommodate you, but the venue has a maximum capacity.
